I’m constantly learning about the wide range of processes used to conduct our business, and I’m able to help teams streamline their processes and data into the system, allowing for more seamless collaboration. I’ve moved into roles with increasing responsibility and scope, but what hasn’t changed is how much I truly enjoy our people and culture—it’s what keeps me engaged and excited for work each day.
